Knowledge of Ocean Freight operations and documentation
Minimum 2 year’s experience in freight forwarding
Experience in trade operations and supply chain management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good Understanding of Import/Export regulations and customs procedures
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Bachelors degree in business, Supply chain management, or other related field
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day trade operations
Oversee Ocean Freight activities
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations
Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize processes and contribute to the smooth flow of goods
