Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong client interface
Customer Advice and Support
Client analytics
Report writing
Tracking and tracing of shipments – extensive client communication
Client queries or problem solving or advice/support.
Generate Proposals where required.
Target Driven Extension Business
Present Company Profile
Control all aspects of liaison and interface with the Customers.
Debtors Queries
Customer Advice and support
Service Level agreements
Strong interface between Customers and Operations
Qualification:
Matric
Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Finance
Experience:
1-3 year work experience
Knowledgeable in the freight industry (an advantage)
Hands-on operational experience (an advantage)
Computer experience required:
Microsoft Office and
CargoWise (an advantage)
Personal Attributes:
Well groomed, enthusiastic, passionate, energetic and attention to detail
Able to deal with conflict, open and honest in communication and able to confront people on issues.
Thrives on challenge, team-orientated, proactive, organized, thorough and shows strong initiative.
Determined to progress in career and willing to learn.
