Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in Logistics
Sales, new client leads, cold calling, etc
Knowledge of Imports / Exports / General Logistics / Warehousing/ Customs / Rate Understanding
Seafreight and Airfreight knowledge (Importing and Exporting), Consolidations, Negotiations
Responsibilities:
New client sales, relationship building and management.
Agent relationship building and upkeep.
Handle high level client queries.
Learn and sell Santova’s full list of client solutions
Understand and build trade lanes between our international offices (SE Asia to Europe, Africa, USA etc)
Statistical understanding and reporting of volumes and trade lanes.
Business development strategies and analysis for “staying ahead in today’s market” as well as new growth avenues.
Mentor new team members.
