A good command of written and spoken English
Experience with the booking process, also in cooperation with agents would be good
Experience in customs clearance is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Organize (from A-Z) and monitor our worldwide sea freight shipments, including customs declarations
Responsible for invoicing and preparing transport documents
Responsible for customer service
Prepare quotations independent
