Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business, Logistics supply chain or equivalent field, preferred
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Logistics
Knowledge and handling of Imports / Exports / General Logistics / Warehousing/ Customs
Client engagement and relationship management experience
Sea freight knowledge (Importing and Exporting / Cross Trades)
SE Asia Knowledge
Having worked on CargoWise ( operating system) would be huge advantage.
Responsibilities:
Liaise directly with clients and shippers building a working relationship throughout shipment process
Handle end-to-end operations for import and export sea bookings, including document handling and creation.
Problem solving skills and full ownership/accountability of job function.
Agent and partner communication and order handling.
Internal communications between offices/ clients on shipments.
CargoWise file creations and management.
Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process in a timely manner (CargoWise)
Ensure processes are being adhered to throughout shipping process.
